Shipping FAQs

How are UK orders shipped?
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked. A tracking link, sent by Newsstand, will be shared once your order has been dispatched.

When will my order be sent?
Magazines are shipped daily. Orders placed before 11:00 will usually be shipped the same day.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes – we ship worldwide with tracking. Please note that a phone number is required for customs clearance on all international orders.

Will I need to pay customs or VAT?
For all European orders, customs charges and VAT are covered by New Mountain and calculated at checkout. You won’t be asked to pay additional customs or VAT charges when your order arrives.

For orders outside Europe, any local customs duties, taxes or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected on delivery.

How long will shipping take?

• UK: 2–3 working days after dispatch
• Europe: 3–6 working days
• Rest of World: 7–14 working days

Please allow extra time during busy postal periods or for customs clearance.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking link first. If it still seems stuck, drop us a message and we’ll do our best to help.

Shipping costs
Our shipping prices are calculated to cover the cost of postage and packaging – nothing more.

We know international shipping can be expensive. Unfortunately, sending a heavy print magazine around the world comes with significant postal costs, and we do our best to keep these as low as possible. The shipping price you see at checkout reflects the actual cost of getting your order to you safely.
