How are UK orders shipped?
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked. A tracking link will be shared once your order has been dispatched.

When will my order be sent?
We ship magazines twice a week, so please allow a few days between placing your order and dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide with tracking. Please note that a phone number is required for customs clearance on all international orders.

Will I need to pay customs fees?
Some European countries (including Italy, Austria, and Belgium) may apply a customs or VAT charge upon delivery. These fees are set locally and are unfortunately outside of our control. We do everything we can to make the process smooth, and we’re sorry if you encounter unexpected charges.

How long will shipping take?

• UK: 2–3 working days after dispatch
• Europe: 3-6 working days
• Rest of World: 7–14 working days

Please allow extra time during busy postal periods or for customs clearance.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking link first. If it still seems stuck, drop us a message and we’ll do our best to help.

Shipping costs
Our shipping costs are calculated simply to cover postage and packaging — nothing more.
